随着铁水脱硫预处理技术的应用, 用Al2O3-SiC-C砖不仅有高温熔蚀,而且还出现因熔渣渗透引起的结构剥落,使得Al2O3-SiC-C砖使用寿命低。这就要求Al2O3-SiC-C砖不仅要具有优良的抗熔渣、铁水侵蚀与渗透性,而且要具有优良的耐熔损、抗冲刷、抗热震等性能。

 

With the application of hot metal desulphurization pretreatment technology, the Al2O3-SiC-C brick not only has high temperature corrosion, but also has structural spalling caused by slag penetration, which makes the service life of Al2O3-SiC-C brick low. As a result, Al2O3-SiC-C brick should not only have excellent resistance to slag, molten iron erosion and permeability, but also have excellent resistance to melting loss, erosion and thermal shock.

 

Al2O3-SiC-C质材料中加入氧化镁,可提高材料的抗渣侵蚀性,但要根据使用环境适量加入。国内外的学者研究发现,在Al2O3-SiC-C砖中加入适量的氧化镁、叶蜡石、红柱石可提高Al2O3-SiC-C砖的抗渣侵蚀性能和抗热震性能。

主要了研究电熔镁砂粉、红柱石粉或叶蜡石粉加入量对Al2O3-SiC-C砖高温抗折强度、抗热震性、抗渣侵蚀性的影响。

 

Adding magnesium oxide to Al2O3-SiC-C material can improve the slag erosion resistance, but it should be added according to the environment. Scholars at home and abroad have found that adding proper amount of magnesium oxide, leaf wax and and andalusite into Al2O3-SiC-C brick can improve the slag erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C brick.

Effects of adding amount of fused magnesia powder, andalusite powder or pyrophyllite powder on flexural strength, thermal shock resistance and slag erosion resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C brick were studied.

220℃烘干后试样的体积密度、显气孔率及常温耐压强度随添加剂加入量变化。

对于不同的添加剂,体积密度均随加入量的增加先降低再升高然后再降低,显气孔率规律不明显。随着添加剂加入量的增加,试样的高温抗折强度均出现先增大后减小的趋势.

Al2O3-SiC-C试样中添加少量电熔镁砂粉、红柱石粉、叶蜡石粉,可提高其高温抗折强度和抗热震性 .Al2O3-SiC-C试样中添加电熔镁砂粉,可减少熔渣对均化矾土的侵蚀,明显提高试样的抗渣侵蚀性能。

 

220℃ The volume density, apparent porosity and compressive strength of the sample after drying vary with the addition of additives.

For different additives, the bulk density decreases first and then increases with the increase of the addition amount, and then decreases, so the porosity is not obvious. With the increase of additive addition, the flexural strength of the sample increases first and then decreases. The addition of a small amount of fused magnesium sand powder, andalusite powder and pyrophyllite powder to the Al2O3-SiC-C sample can improve its high temperature flexural strength and thermal shock resistance. The addition of fused magnesium sand powder to the Al2O3-SiC-C sample can reduce the erosion of homogenized bauxite and obviously improve the slag erosion resistance of the sample.
