    我公司从结构设计、组装技术、防结碳层处理、维护技术及涂层材料的开发等方面对焦炉炉门用内衬材料进行了全面的研究，采用优质的耐火合成材料，添加特殊的添加剂，研制出气孔率低、膨胀率低、热震稳定性强的大型焦炉预制件炉门砖。该预制件炉门砖长寿、节能、环保、安装快捷，解决了长期以来困扰现场的作业环境恶化、漏煤气、扬烟尘以及结碳清扫等问题，寿命可达到4-5年。

1.节能效果Saving Energy  

预制砖采用轻重质复合结构，预制砖底部复合轻质保温材料，整体性能好，砌筑砖封少，综合热传导系数低，我公司设计炉门砖工作层400mm ,热导率1.36w/m.k ,工作层下部复合保温层厚度60mm，体密0.28g/CM3 ,热导率：0.06w/m.k .

The precast brick use composite structure,  the brick bottom composite light thermal insulation material, the overall performance is good, during the installation process, the brick gap is less, the comprehensive heat conduction coefficient is low, our company designs the furnace door brick working layer 400mm, The thermal conductivity is 1.36w/m.k, the thickness of the composite insulation layer in the back face is 60mm, the bulk density is 0.28g/CM3, and the thermal conductivity is 0.06w/m.k.

通过工作层，保温层复合，有效降低炉门外皮温度，保温效果好，既节约能源，又改善了炉头焦质量，保护了边火道墙体，改善焦炉外面的工作环境。另外，炉内热量损失少，可适度减少边火道煤气量，进一步节约能源。经测算，比传统炉门每组焦炉年节能约700吨标煤。

Through the combination of working layer and insulation layer, the outer skin temperature of furnace door is effectively reduced, and the heat preservation effect is good. It not only saves energy, but also improves the coke quality of furnace head, protects the side fire channel wall and improves the working environment outside coke oven. In addition, the heat loss in the furnace is less, which can moderately reduce the gas volume of the side fire road and further save energy. It is estimated that the annual energy saving of each group of coke ovens is about 700 tons of standard coal compared with the traditional furnace doors.

2、环保效果Environmental protection

复合炉门砖由于采用大型化设计，整个焦炉炉门由5块炉门砖组合而成，缝隙少，强度大，不易损坏，密封性能好，避免了炼焦过程中有毒有害气体的泄露，改善了工人作业环境，社会效益显著。

Because of the large-scale design of the composite furnace door brick, the whole coke oven door is composed of 5 pcs furnace door bricks, with few gap , high strength, not easy to damage and good sealing performance, which avoids the leakage of toxic and harmful gases in the coking process. The working environment of workers has been improved, and the social benefits have been remarkable.

改用复合炉门砖砌筑炉门，年减少CO2排放约1820吨、减少SO2排放约16.8吨、减少氮氧化物的排放约4.9吨。

The annual CO2 emission, SO2 emission and nitrogen oxide emission are reduced by about 1820 tons, 16.8 tons and 4.9 tons, respectively.

3、安装和维护便捷，减轻工人劳动强度

该复合炉门砖砌筑非常简便，每个炉门更换只需3—4小时，并且全部采用电葫芦吊装，达到了可快速更换。表面清扫使用现有工具，清扫结碳方便、简洁，省力省时，减轻工人劳动强度。炉门砖外形整体良好，无剥落和浸碳现象。

The installation job of the composite furnace door is very simple, and it takes only 3 hours to replace each door, and all of them are hoisting with electric hoist, which can be replaced quickly. Surface cleaning using existing tools, cleaning carbon is convenient, concise, labor-saving and time-saving, reduce the labor intensity of workers. The furnace door brick has a good shape and no peeling and carbon leaching.

小耐火砖砌筑的炉门每更换一个炉门需2天左右，需要人工用风镐拆除、清理，然后一块块砌筑，人工劳动量很大。

It takes about 2 days for the door of small refractory brick to be replaced ( old & tradition refractory brick design ), and it needs to be removed and cleaned manually with wind pick, and then replace that one by one, and the amount of manual labor is very large.

4、炉门轻量化Furnace door total weight is light

由于新型炉门砖省去了铸铁砖槽，每个炉门减重近1吨。整个炉门重量的减轻，减轻了机械负荷和机械磨损，使得摘取炉门在升降行走过程中更稳定、更安全。省去了铸铁砖槽，使得砌筑现场的管理和清理变得非常简便。

Because the new furnace door brick no need the cast iron brick slot, each furnace door loses weight by nearly 1 ton. With the reduction of the weight of the whole furnace door, the mechanical load and mechanical wear are reduced, and the removal of the furnace door is more stable and safe in the process of lifting and walking. The cast iron brick slot is removed, which makes the management and cleaning of masonry site very simple.

5、炉门长寿化Furnace door brick life is longevity

大型炉门砖块数少，使用寿命制作公司保证 4 年以上。小型耐火砖不但砖缝多，容易形成焦、碳的附着，很难清理，在使用过程中易剥落、掉块，使用寿命1.5—2年。

The number of bricks in large furnace doors is small, and the service life of the production company is guaranteed to be more than 4 years. Small refractory brick not only has many gaps, easy to form coke & carbon attachment, very difficult to clean, easy to peel off & cut off blocks, service life is only 1.5-2 years.
