耐火泥是耐火砖砌筑时用的连接性材料,耐火泥要求粘接性强,目前使用比较广泛的是加水用耐火泥。
加水用耐火泥的特点是成本低,施工时使用方便,把耐火粉和结合剂一起搅拌直接加水15-20%左右的饮用水调制即可使用。磷酸结合的耐火泥有两种,一种是加入磷酸二氢铝,另外一种是用磷酸稀释后在使用时加入一定比例搅拌进行使用。
一般情况下,耐火泥的材质和耐火砖的材质相同,有粘土质、高铝质、还有复合材质、镁质、硅质等。主要要求材料细致,粘结性强和粘结时间合理。但是用水调制的耐火泥有一个缺点,冷态粘结强度比磷酸结合的火泥强度低,如果砖缝在施工时不饱满。有可能会在温度不断提升中,出现掉砖现象。
而磷酸结合的火泥,强度会随着温度的升高而升高,粘结性极强。强度高的甚至在拆除时无法用镐拆除掉,磷酸调制的火泥可塑性极强,粘接在同材质的耐火砖上一体性极强。不会出现掉砖或是抽签现象。
但是在耐火泥用磷酸调制时,必须得注意火泥不能变稠或是变硬,做好生产前的试验工作,让磷酸结合的火泥流动性、粘结性达到施工现场的实际使用要求,加入磷酸后的火泥要有足够的流动性。

And the phosphoric acid-bound fire mud, the strength will increase with the increase of temperature, the bond is very strong.High strength and even can not be removed with a pick, phosphoric acid modulation of the fire mud plasticity is very strong, adhesion in the same material on the refractory brick unity is very strong.There will be no falling bricks or drawing lots.
However, when the fire mud is made with phosphoic acid, attention must be paid to the fire mud can not be thickened or hardened, and do the test work before production, so that the fluidity and bonding of phosphoric acid binding meet the actual use requirements of the construction site, and the fire mud after adding phosphoric acid should have enough fluidity.
